Employment Verification

Zoetis uses The Work Number to provide automated employment and income verifications on our employees.

Employees can provide authorized verifiers The Work Number at 1-800-367-5690. The Zoetis employer code is 15917.

To view your employment and income verification:

Step 1: Go to http://www.theworknumber.com/employees

Step 2: Click “Log In” in the upper right corner, which will display another screen: “Do you need to log in?” 

Step 3: Click “Log In” in the middle of the page, enter your employer code 15917 (Zoetis), click “Log In” and select from one of the following on the screen displayed: 

  •  I want to provide someone proof of my employment only
    • Provides authorization verification instructions –does not access web site)
  • I want to provide proof of employment AND income
    •  Enter user ID (workday colleague ID #), Enter PIN, click “Log In”
  • I want to get my Employment Data Report
    • Enter user ID (workday colleague ID #), Enter PIN, click “Log In”
  • I want to use other account features
    • Enter user ID (workday colleague ID #), Enter PIN, click “Log In”

* PIN- first time users must call The Work Number support at 1-800-996-7566 to authenticate your identity and receive a password

* Forgot PIN or can’t log in? Contact The Work Number support at 1-800-996-7566 (Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM CST – 8:00 PM CST)

1. Click “Prove Employment to Verifiers” and follow the instructions provided which you will then provide to your lender.  

2. Alternatively, you can click the “Employment Data Report Request Form” and follow instructions to generate an instant online report which you can provide to your lender or review and retain for your personal records. If you identify any discrepancies in this report, please contact Zoetis Colleague Services 1-855-984-7463 option 7.

3. To logout, click on “logout” in the upper right hand corner of your home display screen 

1. Click “Prove Income to Verifiers” and follow the instructions to create a salary key to give to your lender as employee authorization for release of income.  

2. Alternatively, you can click the “Employment Data Report Request Form” and follow instructions to generate an instant online report which you can provide to your lender or review and retain for your personal records. If you identify any discrepancies in this report, please contact Zoetis Colleague Services 1-855-984-7463 option 7.

3. To logout, click on “logout” in the upper right hand corner of your home display screen.
