You pay 20% coinsurance after your deductible is met when you visit an in-network provider, or 40% coinsurance after your deductible is met when you visit an out-of-network provider.

Lyra, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provides fast access to evidence-based mental health care how, when and where it’s needed. Following your online assessment, Lyra creates a care plan for you, designed specifically for your unique needs and lifestyle, which may include:

  • Mental health coaching — Get to the root of your challenges with effective care from a mental health coach.
  • Mental health therapy — Meet with a therapist for diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions.

Currently all eligible Zoetis U.S. colleagues and their families have access to 16 coaching or therapy sessions at no cost.

Colleagues and their families enrolled in a Zoetis UnitedHealthcare plan have access to coaching and therapy beyond 16 sessions, as well as medication management support from a Lyra network provider. These sessions are billed through UnitedHealthcare and are subject to in- network outpatient mental health deductible, coinsurance or copays.

Lyra Essentials

Lyra offers a free library of wellbeing and self-care resources that can be accessed by all U.S. colleagues and their families. Developed by Lyra clinicians and based on science, Lyra Essentials includes guided meditations, how-to videos and mindfulness tactics for everyday life that cover a variety of topics including:

  • Improving sleep
  • Building resilience
  • Strengthening relationships
  • Embracing identity
  • Managing stress
  • Parenting support

Work Life Services

Lyra provides expert advice to help you stay on top of your busy life, including legal, financial, identity theft, and dependent care services. These benefits are separate from/in addition to mental and behavioral health benefits available.

This program supports parents of children with learning, social or behavioral challenges, or developmental disabilities. You can access:

  • A comprehensive video library of easy-to-follow teaching steps based on principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
  • Assessments and learning plans customized for each child’s specific needs, to help guide parents and caregivers on how to teach skills and decrease problem behaviors effectively.
  • Concise, engaging, and jargon-free video modules showing best practice, research-based teaching strategies.
  • Up to 14 hours of one-on-one telephonic support.
