Zoetis provides one volunteer day per year.

Short-term time away from work may be needed for unplanned occurrences, such as for jury duty, bereavement, and caregiving needs. These short-term requests are administered internally at Zoetis and should be directed to your manager.

Zoetis Paid Parental Leave offers a period of leave, to care for and bond with a newborn or adopted child, of up to 12 weeks to all new parents, including birth, adoptive and surrogate.

Adoption Paid Leave is a period of paid, non-medical related leave available for the adoption of a child, for up to a six-week period of intermittent leave for adoption, and an additional 12 weeks of continuous paid leave.

Personal Leave is a period of unpaid time off from work for certain personal reasons that aren’t covered by other leave programs.

Caregiver Paid Leave is five days per calendar year for colleagues caring for an immediate family member who is seriously ill or has a health condition.

Bereavement Paid Leave is seven consecutive calendar days off in the event of death of an immediate family member.

Medical Leave and Disability if you are unable to work due to illness, injury and other related medical needs.
